Four-piece rock band CATCH YOUR BREATH are set to captivate audiences with their latest single, ‘Ghost Inside The Shell’ out now via Thriller Records. In addition to the release of this gripping single, CATCH YOUR BREATH are announcing the forthcoming release of the deluxe edition on their highly acclaimed album Shame On Me. The track is the newest single since releasing ‘Perfect World’ which features a guest appearance from Los-Angeles based rapper and multi-instrumentalist RyanOakes.

CATCH YOUR BREATH recently announced their return to the UK on a headline tour commencing April 2025. The five-date Savages Tour will include support from Michigan-based metalcore quartet OFVIRTUE, who released their latest record Omen in 2024 via Arising Empire.
A fresh, burgeoning alt-rock band based out of Austin, Texas. Composed of vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herra, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez, CATCH YOUR BREATH inject a unique mix of synth soundscaping elements, imaginative production, and refined songwriting for an intense amount of emotion.
