Shoreline Summer Festival, Connecticut’s premiere emo/alternative music and arts festival is back and set to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans of the alternative/emo scene. Shoreline Summer Festival takes place on Saturday July 15th, 2023 The Beeracks in East Haven, CT. Doors open at 12pm. The line-up is headlined by Carly Cosgrove, with Fred Mascherino (Taking Back Sunday, The Color Fred), Mighty Tortuga and Mandala also taking the stage. In collaboration with the esteemed Hoax Brewing team at The Beeracks in East Haven, this year’s festival promises to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where music lovers can come together and celebrate their passion. With a focus on providing a safe space for the emo community, the festival is also dedicated to showcasing exceptional local talent while bringing in renowned Festival Director TJ Redding (26), a lifelong Connecticut resident and frequent concert goer in the New Haven area says, “The local music scene is so important. Not only does it give everyone the chance to have a creative outlet and become a part of something they love, it opens the opportunity for them to share their art.” Redding explains: “The inception of this festival was based on one simple idea: providing these local musicians with a platform to showcase their talent to a core audience, provided by the headlining acts. Every band starts off at the local level, and typically the ones who make it just get lucky. These days it becomes more and more difficult to be heard as a local artist, and I am focused on curating this festival to be the stroke of luck they need to get there.” |

The highly anticipated lineup for Shoreline Summer Festival also includes: Shortwave, GVRDEN, Say What You Will, Anthms, Point Radar, ¡Ponce!, Scooped Up, and Snowpiler. Attendees can expect a full day of immersive entertainment that caters to all their senses.
