UK four-piece CALL ME AMOUR have dropped their new single and music video for ‘Girl on the Wall’, the third track to be taken from their forthcoming EP Revolution, due 17th November via Circular Wave.

Watch the music video to ‘Girl on the Wall’ here.

On the inspiration behind the new single, frontman HR states:
“This song was inspired by a magical trip I had to Amsterdam with a buddy of mine. I was up for 36 hours, experienced some incredibly beautifully enlightening moments but also some rock bottom dark ones too. I missed my flight home and learned some life lessons that trip. One visual that I took away with me was in my hotel room, looking at the light cast out of the top and bottom of a lamp shade against a white wall. It almost looked like a ballerina with her arms in the air and once I thought that, she danced across the walls of the rooms.”

Mixing dark electronica with sonic guitars, CALL ME AMOUR craft their music to evoke emotion. Inspire and be inspired – Whether that be through a feeling, losing yourself at a live show, finding a memory, or a change.

Before touring earlier this year supporting The Hara and Pop Evil, and before CALL ME AMOUR even existed, these musicians had their own journeys discovering themselves on the road and fuelling their addiction to the stage. Whether it be signing to Sony Music, playing the London Astoria, Brixton Academy, Download Festival, performing on Top of The Pops, performing in the west end musical ‘Wicked’, touring with bands like Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach, their individual achievements in previous outfits were impressive to say the least.

But in what seemed like a blink, their journeys were over, over by design, over because they all individually walked away due to money, politics or other factors. Years passed, new lives and self discovery built bridges to what was important. Long-standing friendships, admiration for each other’s abilities and the love for what music can do and be brought CALL ME AMOUR together.
