Today, rising post-hardcore band Buried In Spring announces their signing to Epitaph Records alongside the release of their self-titled debut EP and new video for “Farewell of the Century.” Since sharing their first single,  “Integrate,” which quickly went viral, the band continues to forge their place at the forefront of the scene’s revival.

“Signing and releasing our debut EP with Epitaph is a surreal moment for us. Buried In Spring came together in an unconventional way. We all met online and lived in different places but shared the same vision. There is something really special about that. It’s proof that there isn’t a single correct way to make something meaningful and that if you believe in what you’re creating, anything is possible.

This EP feels like a first real statement of who we are and we couldn’t imagine a better team to be a part of than Epitaph. We are so excited to share these songs and see where things go next!”

The video for “Farewell of the Century” follows a young couple torn apart when the husband is called to military service and tragically loses his life. Left alone in the home they once shared, his widow moves through the space as bittersweet memories of their life together linger.

Buried In Spring first turned heads earlier this year with instant standout “Integrate,” shining a light on the band’s mid-2000s Myspace-era-inspired energy. Fueled by raw production, melodic urgency, and visceral screams, they quickly kept the momentum with the crushing “Dissipate” and a packed first show at Programme Skate in Fullerton, CA.

Buried In Spring – Cameron Hornbeck (guitar, backing vocals), Brandon Fares (vocals), Dominic Severino (guitar), Patrick McCormick (bass), Ashton Owens (drums) – formed in 2025, connecting online over a mutual drive to create music. Working off demos McCormick had been holding on to for years, they would later be shaped into the band’s breakout track “Integrate,” followed by “Dissipate” and “State of Retreat (Reclaim).”

Later this month, Buried In Spring will play two dates with Boundaries starting Oct 24 before joining The Amity Affliction alongside blessthefall and Orthodox for a Halloween performance in Cincinnati. The run includes stops in Boston (11/4), Nashville (11/11), Los Angeles (11/19), San Francisco (11/24), and more. For additional information, visit: https://www.buriedinspring.com/.
