Broncos Release Sophomore Single ‘Lights Out’ Ahead of February Irish Tour Dates (Irish Melodic Post-Hardcore)
The song is a religious metaphor for second chances, missed opportunities and remedied situations. The verses focus on flash point scenarios and crossroad moments where one choice leads you down one path and the other towards a completely different reality. The driving interplay of vocals are used to show the chaotic thought process being life choices, self doubt and gut feelings.
The band recorded and mixed the track at their studio in Belfast, with frontman/bassist Shane taking the controls. When it came time to master the track the band turned to Dan Coutant (War on Women/Drug Church).
Formed as various other projects dissolved or never properly formed for Michael (drums) and Cameron (guitar/backing vocals), it wasn’t until Shane(vocals/bass) joined that Broncos finally took it’s shape. After having spent years in band purgatory the decision was made to approach songwriting and shows with a sense of immediacy. Only 6 months after forming the band have already made their first foray onto the live scene, supporting A Burial At Sea along with Belfast and Dublin dates.
The band go on tour with Bannered Mare on the following dates:
06.02.25 Galway, Roisin Dubh (Free Show)
07.02.25 Dublin, Workmans Club
08.02.25 Belfast, The Union bar
