New album, ‘Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine’, out August 8th

Nottingham pop-punks, As December Falls, have today released a new single, ‘Ready Set Go’, from their highly-aniticpated new album, ‘Everything’s On Fire But I’m FIne’, due for an August 8th release on ADF Records via Virgin.

Speaking of the track, front woman Bethany Hunter, shares “when I’m not playing in the band, I’m usually playing video games on Twitch. You’ll usually find me in the rift playing League Of Legends and we got OBSESSED with Arcane when it came out. I loved the whole universe, especially the aesthetics and vibe of the Undercity. So when we started writing Ready Set Go, we wanted this slower, sexier, dark song that could be an anthem for that kind of world.”

After erupting onto the UK pop-punk scene with their breakthrough 2021 album Happier, As December Falls proved they were more than just a rising act — they were a force. Now, As December Falls return with Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine, a bold, brutally honest album that captures the beautiful chaos of chasing a dream while everything else is falling apart. Still balancing day jobs and a relentless tour schedule, the band channel their exhaustion, anxiety, gratitude, and grit into 14 tracks that hit harder than ever — both sonically and emotionally.

From the smoldering intensity of the title track, which sums up the pressure and privilege of their in-between place in the industry, to the visceral vulnerability of songs like Grim Reaper and Angry Cry, this album doesn’t shy away from the mess.
