Rock heavyweights Nevertel are back with a new video for “LAST BREATH,” their latest triumph colliding the band’s razor-sharp songwriting and melodic dreaminess into crushing intensity with simulation-shattering breakdowns. Written and produced by the band, Jeremy Michael (vocals) and Raul Lopez (vocals/producer), in the aftermath of the OTHERSIDE” ambush, the new video picks up with the band held hostage within synthetic dreamscapes, the subjects of dystopian experiments designed to strip them of their agency – but not without a fight.

Lopez shares, “‘LAST BREATH’ was written while being stuck in the Nashville ice storm earlier this year with our good friend Gianni Taylor. This song explores emotional turmoil that we sometimes experience in our head of breaking yourself down while simultaneously trying to keep going with whatever you’re doing in life. The sonic landscape of the song almost feels dark and gloomy, which is exactly how we were feeling when writing it. The music video dives into these mind games we play with ourselves and shows Jeremy and I going through our own scenarios and having to get back to reality and keep fighting our way through life. Jeremy and Alex Kouvatsos from Blackwolf Imaging created the perfect visual representation of what this song means. We’re so proud of this one and hope you connect with it as much as we do.”

Formed in 2014, Nevertel has honed their powerhouse presence at the Active Rock radio format with a Top Three hit (“Break The Silence”) under their belts, blazing their way to over 200M catalog streams. Last year, the band undeniably cemented their headliner status with their acclaimed, genre-defying studio album, Start Again, a collection of puzzle pieces of older and newer ideas featuring the aforementioned collaboration with Sleep Theory, and heavy hitters “Some Things,” “Criminal,” and more. That same year saw them touring the US, UK, EU, and Australia, with Nevertel’s original blend of nu-metal, rock and hip-hop stealing the stage at festivals like Download and Sonic Temple, and on the road with Wage War, Sleep Theory, Memphis May Fire, and more in the past year alone.
