Built around handclaps, acoustic guitar, and a bright, infectious chorus, “Another Drink” captures the carefree energy of a summer night out. Kelsea’s confident, tongue-in-cheek delivery brings the song’s playful narrative to life, building toward the instantly memorable refrain: “No she don’t wanna think. She just wants another drink.”

About the collaboration, Marshmello commented “I loved the challenge of bringing my own approach to country production on this track, and I’m grateful to Kelsea for trusting my vision. She’s an incredible artist and person, and we’re both proud of this song and excited for everyone to hear it.”

“I’ve been a friend and fan of Marshmello’s for years, and we’ve always wanted to find the right thing to work on together,” adds Kelsea. “This song came to life at the perfect time for us to combine our worlds for a fun, summertime jam. I hope it makes everyone cheers and dance.”

After fuelling fan excitement with last week (see here and here), the release arrives alongside a new visualiser featuring both Marshmello and Kelsea, bringing the song’s fun-loving spirit to life on screen.

“Another Drink” follows Marshmello’s recent collaboration with Thomas Rhett, “Where We Go”, which has already surpassed 11 million Spotify streams. The track continued Marshmello’s growing presence in country music, building on a run of releases including “Better Man Than Me” with Hudson Westbrook and “Holy Water” with Jelly Roll.

Marshmello first broke new ground in the genre with Kane Brown collaboration “Miles On It”, which became the first song ever to debut at No. 1 on both Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Songs and Top Country Songs charts. Since then, he has continued to blur genre lines while expanding his reach across country, pop, and dance music.

Following several revelatory album releases, an arena-headlining tour, and a multitude of GRAMMY, ACM, and CMA Award nominations, Kelsea Ballerini is having a moment. Her latest full-length album, PATTERNS, marked a new creative high point, earning a GRAMMY nomination for Best Contemporary Country Album, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, and landing at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

Most recently, she released her acclaimed EP, Mount Pleasant, offering fans an intimate new chapter from one of country music’s most compelling storytellers. The two-time CMA Award winner continues to bring her celebrated live show to audiences nationwide, including on her 35-date KELSEA BALLERINI LIVE ON TOUR, which saw her play sold-out arenas across the US.

ABOUT MARSHMELLO:
GRAMMY® Award-nominated artist and producer Marshmello has generated 50 Billion streams, garnered diamond certification worldwide, and broken records across styles as diverse as dance music, pop, hip-hop, R&B, rock, and country. The only thing as recognisable as his signature mask is his seamlessly chameleonic production style, which can fit in any lane (while transcending all of them). Audiences immediately fell in love with Marshmello’s magnetically melodic reinvention of dance music. Since his emergence in 2015, he skyrocketed to the forefront of popular music by distinguishing himself as the rare outlier nimble enough to craft a hit with Halsey, Jonas Brothers, the late Juice WRLD, Dove Cameron, Demi Lovato, Khalid, P!nk, Sting, Brent Faiyaz, Bastille, and A Day To Remember. Among a myriad of highlights, he received a GRAMMY® Award nod in the category of “Best Dance Electronic Album” for Shockwave. 2023 saw him drop the Latin album Sugar Papi sweetened by smashes “El Merengue” [with Manuel Turizo], “HARLEY QUINN” [with Fuerza Regida], and more. During 2024, he made history when he linked up with Kane Brown for “Miles On It.” It took flight as “the first song ever to debut at #1 on both the Top Dance/Electronic Songs Chart and Top Country Songs Chart.” There are always new paths to tread, ground to break, and levels to reach though. He continues to push boundaries in 2026 releasing “his version of country” and dropping  “Where We Go” [with Thomas Rhett] and more to come.
