Pop punk legends Bowling For Soup and folk rock royalty Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls are eagerly awaiting their chance to hit the road together on their huge Summer 2026 UK tour – the Bowl My Bones Tour!

That tour has just gotten even more exciting, with the news that Boston alt-rockers American Hi-Fi will be joining the tour as special guests. Best known for their worldwide smash hit Flavor Of The Weak, as well as tracks like The Art Of Losing, Another Perfect Day and The Geeks Get The Girls, this will be American Hi-Fi’s first trip to the UK in over ten years!

American Hi-Fi frontman Stacy Jones is very excited to be heading back to the UK on this tour:

The UK holds a special place in our hearts. From legendary Reading and Leeds sets to our own massive headline nights, the fans here are world-class. We’re thrilled to be joining the ‘Bowl My Bones Tour’ with our friends Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner, and so excited to mark our 25th anniversary with three headline shows of our own. It’s been too long—see you this Summer!

Meanwhile, both Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner are equally as excited to have American Hi-Fi on the tour. Here’s BFS frontman Jaret Reddick on the news:

I’m a huge Frank Turner fan…everyone knows that! I love his music and I love just sitting around and talking to him because he reads books and I don’t! So to finally be able to do a proper tour together is a literal dream come true. Now with American Hifi in the mix, it is going to be absolutely epic! We love those dudes and they are the icing on the proverbial cake!

Last but certainly by no means least, let’s hear from Frank Turner, with possibly the best quote of the lot:

Touring the UK with Bowling For Soup was shaping up to be a level of awesome that was frankly dangerous to the public, so we thought we’d add a chaperone to calm things down. Unfortunately, we made a gross error, and now we have American Hi-Fi on the bill as well, which means it’s going to be a borderline unstable mix of good times and good tunes. I’m terrified, and totally stoked!

The Bowl My Bones Tour has nine stops across the UK, beginning on the 25th of June at Dreamland in Margate and finishing up at the prestigious Eden Sessions in St. Austell. They’ll also be storming a couple of castles along the way in Lincoln and Cardiff! Scottish fans – tickets for the Glasgow show are moving quickly so you may want to get a move on!

Meanwhile, Bowling for Soup have recently unveiled their take on long time friends Simple Plan’s iconic anthem “I’m Just A Kid” Having shared stages and fanbases for years, including an unforgettable US tour with 3OH!3 in 2025, Bowling For Soup’s celebratory take on “I’m Just A Kid” is a nod to the era that shaped them as artists and the fans who grew up alongside their music.

This is reflected in the music video which is both emotional and on trend in equal measures. Please check out the video below:
