Following their breakout 2025, during which Brighton’s fast-rising misfits EVILLE released their debut EP BRAT METAL and played pivotal festival slots at Reading & Leeds, 2000 Trees and Burn It Down Festival, the trio continue their unstoppable momentum with ferocious new single ‘fetch’.

Stepping firmly into the doghouse, ‘fetch’ is the ultimate revenge anthem that snarls with energy and attitude. Leaning into the heavier side of the band’s self proclaimed genre ‘Brat Metal’, the track moves between crushing riffs, hard hitting drums and massive pop choruses built for crowd participation. Real dog barks and bratty call and response vocals bring the concept to life, creating a chaotic and high energy track guaranteed to open a pit at any EVILLE show.

Speaking about the track, vocalist and guitarist Eva Sheldrake shares, “When we wrote this song, we were feeling incredibly angry and betrayed. This raw emotion fuelled the heavy sound we wanted to create. Jude’s dog Lola even features on the track, which inspired the song’s concept.”

Brighton trio EVILLE have coined their own genre, Brat Metal, fusing bratty, hyper-feminine lyricism with ferocious metal instrumentals – a thrilling collision of chaos, confidence, and catharsis.

The band – singer/guitarist Eva Sheldrake, bassist/singer/producer Jude Richards, and drummer Milo Hemsley – have quickly exploded onto the UK music scene. They earned early acclaim from BBC Radio 1’s Alyx Holcombe, who named them Track of the Week twice and included them in her Ones To Watch for 2025, alongside support from Radio X and Kerrang!, cementing their reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting new heavy acts.

Renowned for their explosive live shows, EVILLE have torn up stages at festivals including Reading & Leeds, 2000 Trees, and Burn It Down, and shared tours with scene-defining acts like WARGASM, Delilah Bon, Cody Frost, THE HARA, Tetrarch, RedHook, and As Everything Unfolds.

EVILLE are currently joining As December Falls on their UK & Ireland tour in February/March. Following that they will be supporting Alien Ant Farm in June and performing at RADAR Festival in August. With their genre-defying sound and unstoppable energy, EVILLE are carving out a bold new path for heavy music in 2026.
