JACKSON DEAN SETS THIRD STUDIO ALBUM MAGNOLIA SAGE FOR APRIL 24
New Song “Wildfire” Out Today, While Current Single “Make A Liar” Climbs The Charts
C2C LONDON CO-HOST WITH BOB HARRIS, PLUS OFFICIAL AFTERSHOW PARTY SET
NASHVILLE, TN (February 13, 2026) – PLATINUM-selling singer/songwriter Jackson Dean will release his third studio album, Magnolia Sage, on April 24. An eclectic collection of songs that move from sweeping to soothing, rocking to ruminative, the 11-track project creates a sound that is singularly Jackson Dean: alive, vital, frisky, sexy and rugged.
The story of Magnolia Sage is told through two distinct, rich narrative lenses, with each of the 11 tracks fitting into one of the two worlds: Magnolia or Sage. Songs and settings of the album intertwine to unveil the discoveries made on Dean’s exploration into new territory, both sonically and lyrically, that began with previously released tracks “Be Your Man,” “Make A Liar” and “Over And Over.”
Magnolia evokes vivid scenes of the Southeast and East Coast, sonically defined by heavy bass that booms and R&B influence that romances. “Magnolia is soulful. Magnolia is the soft touch of someone else’s hand on yours. Magnolia is a Maryland beach. Magnolia is something easy,” Dean said in a recent teaser post on Instagram.
The stories and sounds of Sage transport listeners to the inherent restlessness and vast landscapes of the West. “Sage is western. Sage is the wild in Wyoming. Sage is rust and a crow on a fence post. Sage is the wind in your face,” Dean said.
Whether magnolia or sage, east or west, soft or bold, the thread that holds the tapestry of Dean’s vision together is the steady influence of his longtime muse.

Dean will appear at C2C London in March, co-hosting the main arena stage with Bob Harris OBE and playing the official aftershow party on Saturday 14. He will also perform at C2C Berlin.
Dean cranks up the heat and sets hearts ablaze in his new track “Wildfire,” out today. An evocative depiction of the kind of love that can’t be contained once the match is struck, “Wildfire” is about the overwhelming wave of emotion that occurs when your heart releases its inhibitions and completely surrenders itself to another. Slow, steady sparks of electric guitar pulse with possibility in the first verse before erupting into a high voltage crescendo in the chorus as two hearts ignite. Written by Dean alongside Luke Dick, Josh Miller, Josh Thompson and Chris Tompkins, “Wildfire”’s West Coast-inspired love story engulfs and energizes, beautifully setting the stage for some of Dean’s most powerful and passionate work yet.

Since astonishing Nashville with Greenbroke, the acoustic forward debut that rocked as hard as it embraced freedom, the dusky voiced songwriter from Maryland has always gone his own way rather than chasing trends. That ferocious independence has served Dean well. “Don’t Come Lookin’,” his propulsive No. 1 debut single, struck Platinum, giving Greenbroke a launching pad for a writer willing to pay the price and go the distance. On The Back of My Dreams, Dean’s second studio album deemed a “near perfect follow up” by American Songwriter, continued the unexpected, but thought-provoking lyric forward approach to songs that provided fuel for a combustive live show and earned the singer/songwriter critical acclaim.
The announcement of Magnolia Sage comes on the heels of Dean notching his second career No. 1 single with his fan-favorite track “Heavens To Betsy” at the end of 2025 and earning his place among the most added songs with his new single “Make A Liar” when it impacted Country Radio in January. Next month, Dean will travel to Europe to perform at C2C Berlin before co-hosting C2C UK 2026 alongside the legendary radio personality Bob Harris in London. ABOUT JACKSON DEAN: With his strong gravel-toned vocals, wayward spirit, intentional songwriting and overall mystique, the fast-rising singer/songwriter Jackson Dean has earned a reputation for his impressive live show and thought-provoking, lyric-driven music. The young talent burst on the scene in 2022 with his atmospheric, musically-forward debut album Greenbroke that featured his PLATINUM debut single, “Don’t Come Lookin’,” which cemented Jackson as the youngest solo male Country artist to reach the top of the charts with a debut, and his GOLD certified follow up single “Fearless (The Echo).” His live show stand out and No. 1 single “Heavens To Betsy” marked the lead track from his “..near-perfect follow-up” (American Songwriter) sophomore album On The Back Of My Dreams, released in 2024 via Big Machine Records. The textured, experiential body of work is built on transcendental, swelling songs and Dean’s bone-shaking vocal performance, delivered with striking swagger. The demand for Jackson skyrocketed after landing a coveted spot on artist to watch lists by Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and CMT, as well as an ACM New Male Artist of the Year nomination in 2023. A vocalist who thrives on stage (as evident in his Live At The Ryman album), the Maryland native has leaned hard into touring, building a passionate fanbase that connects on a deeper level – both on his headlining runs and as support for superstars including Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Kane Brown, Brooks & Dunn, Lee Brice, HARDY and Brothers Osborne. Ever evolving and expanding into new territory both sonically and lyrically, Dean released new tracks “Be Your Man,” “Make A Liar” and “Over And Over” in 2025, and his track “Turn On The Lights” was used for T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights 2025 competition. He just wrapped a highly successful run of his headlining On The Back Of My Dreams World Tour in Australia and New Zealand and closed out 2025 opening on select dates of Brad Paisley’s Truck Still Works Tour. His third studio album, Magnolia Sage, will be released on April 24.
