LONDON, U.K. — Nathan Evans & The Saint PHNX Band today release ‘Happy Place’ – the final taste of their forthcoming debut album Angels’ Share (out next Friday, January 16th, 2026 via Universal).
The new track was written by Stevie and Al Jukes following the untimely death of their father, and speaks to losing someone you love, finding your happy place while grieving and the importance of not being alone during the process. It follows fan favourites such as ‘Milarrochy Bay’ – which was previously on the BBC Radio 2 playlist for several weeks with support from Scott Mills, Jeremy Vine, Trevor Nelson, Sara Cox and more – ‘Arabella’, ‘Cotton Eye Joe’ and ‘The Wedding’.
Commenting on ‘Happy Place’, Evans shared: “‘Happy Place’ is a song about hope and strength. Both Saint PHNX and I have lost a parent, and this song is our way of remembering them. It’s a reminder that even in the hardest moments, there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. The people we’ve lost would want us to be happy and to keep living life fully.”
The band had a career-defining year in 2025 – with their sold-out show at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, the announcement of their album, and over the holidays performing on the BBC’s legendary Hogmanay on New Year’s Eve – available to watch back on BBC iPlayer here.
Nathan Evans and The Saint PHNX is gearing up for an exciting year ahead – The Angels’ Share World Tour kicks off on February 18th in Los Angeles and will travel across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia, giving fans the chance to see the band perform their biggest songs live. Their most recent UK and European tour sold over 25,000 tickets, with the shows being celebrated for their energy, musicianship and connection with fans.
The band is also set to headline and curate Heather On The Hill Festival, a family-focused event taking place on Saturday, 22 August 2026 at the Royal Highland Centre as part of Edinburgh Summer Sessions. Created by Nathan Evans and the Jukes brothers, the festival will feature artists including Cian Ducrot, Ella Henderson, Skerryvore, Brooke Combe, and NATI, with more acts to be announced. Tickets for the festival are available to purchase here.
