HRTLSS release new single

‘Breathe Me In’

Cambridgeshire alt-metal risers HRTLSS have today released their new single ‘Breathe Me In’.

The band continue to carve their path through the alluring, sultry, and haunting sonic world first laid out on previous single To Dust’.

‘Breathe Me In’ dives deeper into the intoxicating pull of problematic romance – the kind you shouldn’t want, yet can’t resist. Exploring themes of adultery and affairs, the track carries an undercurrent of somber discontent, wrapped in a haze of seductive danger.

With a powerhouse creative team behind them including Nathan Smart and George Lever (Sleep Token, Loathe, Breakk.Away) on production and mixing, and Zak Pinchin (Holding Absence, Bury Tomorrow, PRESIDENT) continuing the band’s visual storytelling, HRTLSS are closing 2025 with undeniable momentum. Their recent partnership with Papercut Records only adds to the anticipation of what’s to come.

‘Breathe Me In’ is about the kind of love that feels wrong but you can’t stay away from,” HRTLSS explain. “It’s messy, addictive, and full of the tension between what you want and what you shouldn’t. We wanted it to feel like that moment when you know you’re crossing a line – but you do it anyway.

Following their explosive UK live debut supporting Mallory Knox in 2024, HRTLSS have emerged as one of the most exciting new forces in British rock. Teaming up with some of the scene’s most forward-thinking creatives, the band worked with Nathan Smart and George Lever (Sleep Token, Loathe, Breakk.Away) on production and mixing, while Zak Pinchin (Holding Absence, Bury Tomorrow, PRESIDENT) brought their distinctive visual world to life.

The first glimpse of this new chapter came with the single ‘To Dust’ – a brooding, cinematic collision of melody and aggression that set the tone for what’s next. Today, they continue that evolution with ‘Breathe Me In’the second release of their new era, capturing the raw emotion, atmosphere and energy that define HRTLSS at their most fearless.

With growing recognition from national media outlets, HRTLSS have been tipped as ones to watch for 2025, marking them as a band on the cusp of something huge.
