Germany’s Masters of Medieval Metal Go on Tour Together:
Eisheilige Nacht Starts December 12!

In December, SUBWAY TO SALLY will once again host their annual Eisheilige Nacht concerts. In celebration together with this year’s tour partners SCHANDMAUL, they have released a brand new collab single, “Räuber und Narren”! But this is more than just a song: as a collaboration between two of the most influential bands in German medieval rock, “Räuber und Narren”, which translates to “Outlaws and Fools”, is a gripping anthem that celebrates both parties – SUBWAY TO SALLY as outlaws and SCHANDMAUL as fools – as well as their shared history. In dialogue, the storytellers self-deprecatingly explore the relevance of solidarity and the power of being different – untamed and powerful as ever.

“Räuber und Narren” will be performed live for the first time at Eisheilige Nacht. This year’s edition begins on December 12 in Pratteln, Switzerland, followed by nine German cities. As always, the tour will celebrate its finale with a show on December 30 in SUBWAY TO SALLY’s hometown of Potsdam. In addition to SCHANDMAUL, who are now performing with Till Herence as their new singer after a challenging period, Kupfergold and Haggefugg will also be joining them this year.
