Los, Angeles, CA — Pop-punk band, Senior Year, are sharing their brand new single, “Hit Squad,” featuring Goliath, premiering through Ghost Killer Entertainment now. The track is accompanied with a new music video. “Hit Squad” follows swiftly behind their 2025 releases “Up Next” and “Stockton Slap.”
Senior Year pushes genre boundaries with “Hit Squad.” The track exudes a high-energy presence intertwining elements of hardcore and pop-punk, making for a cohesive melody.
“This song shows our versatility as a band that we can do it all! Recorded and produced by long time friend Morgothbeatz of SHAV and Winds of Plague, we captured elements of hardcore and pop-punk that tests the limitations of what the genres usually sound like. We do what we want, make music how we want, unapologetically, and this song captures that.” – Senior Year
About Senior Year: Senior Year is a breakout Pop-punk Hardcore band from Los Angeles, CA coming out swinging in their debut year of 2025. Blending raw hardcore roots with infectious pop punk energy, they’ve carved a lane that leans heavier than most. Think Stick to Your Guns meets A Day to Remember with a hint of that WWF Attitude era angst. Their debut EP Family Values is produced by longtime friend Morgothbeatz (SHAV) and includes features from Taylor Barber (Left to Suffer), American Idol’s Alejandro Aranda (Scarypoolparty), Los (Desmadre), and more proving their community first ethos is more than just talk. After years of playing for the passion of music and opening for bands like The Story So Far, Norma Jean, they never did release any music. Until now requested by friends and fans, Senior Year is finally stepping into the spotlight- with no rules, all heart, and a sound that hits harder than a Stockton Slap.
