‘Angel and Jezebel’ tells the tale of the bond between two sisters – “One’s a blue-eyed angel/ one’s a doe-eyed Jezebel/ One was straight from Heaven/ The other’s on her way to hell” – and asks the question “What’s a poor boy gonna do/ When he’s caught between those two?”

The lyric video borrows from the visual aesthetic of the album art – using sea glass to reflect how time and the currents of life change us – to play out the dilemma that Angel and Jessy have put this “poor boy” in.

The mood of the song is upbeat, yet sultry and strikes a balance between an acoustic underpinning and a rockier edge – reflecting the sharp contrast between the two sisters.

The album, “Sea Glass,” was produced by Candice Night and features a musical alchemy of her influences, experiences and sensibility inspired by a lifetime of challenging musical adventures as well as the magic and demands of everyday life and family.  It is an album that travels through rock, country, and deft acoustic pop terrains and matters of love, loss, inspiration, and hope to unearth sonic jewels, much like the power of the natural forces that craft sea glass itself.

“I realized, these slivers of hope were actually just pieces of broken glass, sea glass, that had been tossed away, shattered, smoothed by the rapture of the waves, and returned back to the land, as gems, to be found with great joy by someone like me. No longer lost upon the sand… ‘Sea Glass’ is for you to treasure…” – Candice Night
