Grunge-rock project, BLANK ERA is sharing her brutal debut EP, ROTTED. Alongside the release of the EP comes an electrifying focus track, “DEAD AS HELL.”

It’s feeling like everything that once brought you joy or hope is covered with a layer of grime from carrying the weight of too many hurts or disappointments. So in a way, ROTTED. is both my villain origin story and a love letter to my past. It’s about recognizing when it’s time to let go of who you used to be and choosing to walk away from the parts of you that are broken. I felt like I needed to create this EP as a way to work through all of the messy emotions and grief that come with shedding an old self in order to finally move forward.” Says BLANK ERA about the new EP.
