Blaqk Audio Release New Album “Trop D’Amour”

BLAQK AUDIO RELEASE TROP D’AMOUR TODAY

BLAQK AUDIO, featuring Davey Havok and Jade Puget of AFI, are releasing TROP D’AMOUR today, September 16.

Listen here.

Trop d’Amour follows 2020’s Beneath the Black Palms. The band’s DNA-distinct, signature style — which fuses industrial with ’90s-era electro flourishes and decidedly ’80s synths — is on full display. It’s dark, dreamy, and dramatic, paying homage to the duo’s sonic influences.

Fans can also pre-order one of two exclusive vinyl variations available at the band’s webstore. One version is signed. Get the vinyl here.

“Dancing in the shadows between the edges of extremes, Trop d’Amour puts beat to ego, lust, pride, fame, power, control, submission, loneliness, betrayal, elation and self-adulation,” says Havok. “With too much love, Blaqk Audio give you our sixth record.”

The band will play an album release show on Saturday, September 24 at Fonda Theatre with special guest Dove Armitage. Get tickets here.
