Incineration Festival will finally descend upon London on Saturday 7th May 2022!
Due to the chaos of the last few years Incineration fest was regrettably cancelled but now in 2022 this mammoth of a festival will unleash a flurry of amazing underground extreme music bands for the thousands of hungry hordes!
With such legendary bands like the almighty black metal legends Emperor headlining the Camden Roundhouse with Bloodbath, Tsjuder & Winterfylleth. The Electric Ballroom will be housing the viking kings Unleashed & Akercocke.
If it’s your first time heading to Incineration Fest we have compiled a list of bands you must check out!!
First up one of my personal favourites Skeletal Remains!
Riding the wave of their last album “The Entombment of Chaos” the LA natives are here to bring their new wave of american old school death metal to london. If you love Morbid Angel & Obituary like I do then check these guys out!
Next up the blackened death metallers Burial from Manchester. A fantastic live band I’ve been lucky to catch a few times! If you love your black metal with a dash of chaotic death metal these guys are it!
Pure Armageddon
Hot off their huge performance at Bloodstock 2021 Foetal Juice will be destroying The Black Heart with another band you must make sure you don’t miss the riff maniacs PIST.
Both bands are killing it in the UK scene right now. So catch them now before they blow up within the next year or so!
Now for the big boys, Lucifer’s Child will be closing out The Black Heart with their unholy rituals. If you love classic black metal with a rock n roll twist Lucifer’s Child are it, Think Abbath meets Motorhead.
Scottish speed metal titans Hellripper will close The Underworld. With their 200mph riffs & headbanger of choruses I see this set being one massive circle pit of long hair & leather jackets.
Last up the main event, Emperor. A legendary black metal band whose live shows are always phenomenal. And to see them grace The Roundhouse will be a sight to behold!
