200 STAB WOUNDS will be touring in support of their Manual Manic Procedures full-length, set for release on June 28th through Metal Blade Records.
A superlative sophomore effort that follows their tour de force debut, 2021‘s Slave To The Scalpel, Manual Manic Procedures is a brutal slab of old-school death metal with a contemporary edge. Not for the faint-hearted, the record may well be the album that puts classic gore-themed ferocity back into the metal community‘s collective consciousness. The album‘s artwork — graphically depicting radical surgery on somebody who may or may not be conscious — is an immediate indicator of what this record is all about. No punches pulled, no holds barred, just blood-soaked death metal.

“…definitely one of the death metal albums of the year…” — Rock Hard Germany
“This album is foul and repulsive, and horrible enough to turn 200 STAB WOUNDS into a big, blood-soaked deal.” – Blabbermouth
“…an ambitious headbuster that moves from fast-growl whiplash to deeply heavy chug.” — Stereogum on “Hands Of Eternity
“The emerging Ohio death metal sensations return with their second LP as they continue to conquer the extreme world one riff at a time.” — Knotfest
“…a bloody mouthful of death metal from genre fans for genre fans, who will gladly accept the offer.” — Slam Germany
“…recommended to the most hardened death metallers.” — Rock Hard Italy
“They combine punishingly short tracks with a couple of thick, sinewed, longer songs, which add heft to the running order. But listen carefully, dig below the surface, and 200 STAB WOUNDS are not just a blistering fist of blast beats and riffs. There is a contemporary element, as well as groove and melodic power, lurking here.” — Metal Talk
“…a well-oiled war machine of an album; at once both ferocious and precise. 200 STAB WOUNDS have crafted an instant classic that should easily shove its way to the forefront of any Album Of The Year discussion, and leave the majority of the competition devastated in its terrible wake.” — The Metal Pit
“With Manual Manic Procedures, 200 STAB WOUNDS took their version of slam death metal and delivered a solid and step-up with their second album. Adding elements of ambience and progressive elements to their sound, created a unique take on slam/brutal death metal and the band nails it. ” — This Day In Metal
“…an utterly blinding release that‘s guaranteed to swivel some heads upon its June 28th release… A volcanic release not more than half an hour long, 200 STAB WOUNDS have hit a homerun and one can only imagine where the band dare yet go from here. Put on your mouth guard, get the gloves up and be ready. 200 STAB WOUNDS are coming for you.” — The Razor’s Edge
“…another stellar entry into the 200 library. This band is destined for greatness and this upcoming album proves it.” — Technical Music Review
