Today, Albany NY metallic hardcore group Wrong Move have shared “Tranquility”, the lead single off their upcoming EP Death Made Swift. Due out on October 15th, the EP will be the band’s first release in partnership with Unbeaten Records. “Tranquility” is a brutal, fight-riff-filled track that showcases the band’s unique take on punk-tinged metallic hardcore. The vocals are anguished but powerful and brimming with anger, while the instrumental propels the song forward at a breakneck speed punctuated by heavy breakdowns and mosh parts. You can check out the visualizer for “Tranquility” here and pre-order Death Made Swift here.

The band has several shows announced throughout the fall and winter, supporting acts like Madball, Downswing, and Brick by Brick. Show dates are below.

The band has a powerful statement about the single:

“The pain is well deserved, for all the damage you’ve caused.”

Hailing from Albany NY, Wrong Move is a quartet that pushes the boundaries of metallic hardcore. Taking influence from legendary groups like All Out War, Stigmata, Hatebreed, and Merauder, the band injects each song with anger and authenticity.

Wrong Move is Jesse Agustin (guitar), Ryan Stevens (drums), Mike Chamberlain (bass) and Vincent Jaeger (vocals).
