“I think it’s fair to say you’ve brought back Seattle grunge in a big way
with this particular track.“ (Jane Gazzo, Triple M)
“The song packs plenty of heat in both lyrical symbolism and musical undertones.” (Scenestr)

Vesper Green, the Brisbane-based alt-rock/ grunge 4-piece have just recently released their very first music video for their ruthless, punch-to-the-face single ‘Innocent Illiterate’ [listen here | download via AIRIT | watch music video here], and are now going on tour.
Jumping in the tour bus with other local Brisbane acts such as Passion Cactus and Fonz Whaler, this will be very first time that Vesper Green will be touching base in both Sydney and Melbourne and are excited to share their Seattle grunge-rock inspired sounds to the music scenes.
The 5-date tour will begin in Brisbane at The Foundry on the 28th of July, followed by a night at the Valve Bar in Sydney (6th of July), and a week long-vacation in Melbourne – appearing at The Tote (12th of July) and Last Chance Bar (15th of July). The tour will wrap up with a final show at The Bearded Lady on the 20th of July.
Alongside the tour, Vesper Green will be dropping their first follow up single – more information on that coming soon. For now, get familiar with ‘Innocent Illiterate’.
