Out Today (Feb. 3), The Heartbreak Anthem Follows His Biggest Year To Date
LONDON, U.K. / NASHVILLE, TN. – Curb Records recording artist Tim Dugger is building on the success of his biggest year to date, with his unique take on a heartbreak anthem, ‘Buy A Bar’, out to stream/download worldwide today.
Having laid down the roots of his trademark sound with acclaimed debut EP, Signs of a Good Time, the Alabama native – whose career streams recently surpassed 15 million – shared the follow-up single, ‘Heart of a Small Town’ last year. The release found international success: a world exclusive from Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2; handpicked by Baylen Leonard as a Spotlight Track on Absolute Radio Country; and a broadcast premiere on CMT Australia.
Now, Dugger returns with ‘Buy A Bar’, which finds him trading heartbreak for enterprise (“I might as well buy a bar”), capturing the agony of a breakup in a quintessential country song tailor-made for every small-town dive across America.
ABOUT TIM DUGGER:
Curb Records recording artist, singer/songwriter, and Alabama native Tim Dugger grew up on NASCAR racing, Gospel singing, and classic Country music. He developed a genuine love for songwriting and storytelling during summers spent at his local music store jamming with bluegrass pickers. After being introduced to former NASCAR driver and team owner Richard Childress, Dugger was off to the races, playing his original songs at nearly every major track in America. Along the way, he cultivated an unapologetic artistic identity rooted in the music of his childhood idols like Merle Haggard, Vern Gosdin, Hank Williams, and Alan Jackson. Tim made his Grand Ole Opry Debut in December of 2021. Dugger’s six-song EP, Signs of a Good Time, produced by Dan Huff protégé Brandon Hood is available now.
