The new album from The Treatment has arrived. This marks the bands third studio release and the first with new vocalist Tom Rampant. It sees the band continue with their classic hard rock sound and push their style to new heights.

Power Crazy is 13 tracks of heavy hitting riffs and driving rhythms. With no two tracks taking the same sound, it pulls and pushes in all directions. On top of that is the raspy and bluesy voice of Rampant who has a likeness to that of Bon Scott (AC/DC) and Josh Todd (Buckchery). This can especially be heard on the acoustic version of “Bite Back”, which allows Rampant’s vocals to really shine while being an incredible easy listening track. However you will need the physical copy to take advantage of this track. The electric version is just as incredible to listen to only with a little more power behind it. If your after those hard and fast tracks though, then you’ll want to check “Let’s Get Dirty” and “Hang Them High”. These tracks really pull on those driving rhythms that hook you into the track. For a more blues based track though, “Luck of The Draw” has that more laid back feel to it, allowing you to just relax into the music. Throughout the album Tagore and Tao Grey take their guitars on a journey through infectious riffs and high riding solos elevating the tracks to new heights.

Power Crazy i s one hell of a ride that takes you from the classic blues rock to the fast and hard sounds with a modern edge. The Treatment have covered all bases with this latest offering that continues to push the boundaries of hard rock and keeps you wanting more! With a tour on the horizon too, it’s easy to imagine many if these tracks being enjoyed in a live environment with the crowds belting out the tracks along side the band.
