Oh, behold the glory that is The Stray Cats! Returning with their first record in 26 years, the band is recharged and ready to rip thing up on this fiery trip down memory lane!

The record kicks off with the rocker “Cat Fight”, which lets you know immediately that the band is still a force to be reckoned with! Track two has a ton of swagger with Setzer’s classic vocals dominating. “Cry Danger” is classic solo Setzer and would fit perfectly on either of his first two solo records. “I Attract Trouble” is a classic Dick Dale style guitar riff with a Cats style jam built over it. “That’s Messed Up” finds Setzer playing an absolutely flawless solo as only he plays! “Desperado” is an all instrumental cut that finds the band ripping through a Spaghetti Western style jam that showcases why this band is so beloved by fans. “Devil Train” is the perfect ending for this record. It’s an all-out ripper of a song that is part Rockabilly, Part Spaghetti Western and again showcases just how underrated this band is as technical musicians.

Any band that is looking for advice on how to launch a comeback need look no further than this group! This record is damn near flawless in every way. Not only is the musicianship top of the line, but the production is also perfect. It’s that brilliant mix of an old school production with just a touch of modern ‘stank’ to really drive it home like a brick to the skull! I truly hope this is the beginning of more records from these guys because this proves they can still whoop it up with the best of them!

A Limited Box with CD including 2 bonus tracks and the Stray Cats-themed coasters (2x), postcard and 2 stickers will arrive on May 24.
