(Long Island, NY – October 5th, 2018) Huntington metalcore quintet Detachment are premiering their brand new single for “Million Eyes”

The new track is the band’s – formerly known as From Hollow Veins – debut single under the Detachment moniker, and is available to pick up via iTunes.

From the ashes of From Hollow Veins, comes Detachment, the Long Island, NY post-hardcore 5-piece.

Since the release of their debut EP, the band has gone about spreading their explosive and visceral brand of hardcore across much of the East Coast, sharing the stage with the likes of Alesana, Get Scared and Cane Hill in the process.

Latest track “Million Eyes”, their first as Detachment, showcases an astute balance of melody and aggression, whilst displaying thunderous guitars, engaging vocals and a raw accessibility.

A band who prides themselves on hard work and perseverance, Detachment is the culmination of years of graft for the 5 New Yorkers, both in the studio and on the road, building towards a sound that fittingly depicts their new title and direction.

“Million Eyes” is out now & streaming in full HERE.

Detachment is:

Robert Folan – Vocals
Roberto Rivera – Guitar
Luke Lerman – Bass
Nick Montalvo – guitar
Ben Wyrick – Drums
