“…the Montreal-based quintet sounds like they’ve been ripped from the peak of the mid-aughts — only more carefully constructed and ready to be that band for a new generation of kids. It’s high drama mixed with slick guitars and hooks that are bound to get even passive listeners singing along.”- Substream

After teasing fans with a cryptic color-grid on the band’s Instagram account over the weekend, Montreal’s Dear Youth appear to have set a rebrand of their account and announced new tour dates for October. This appears to be the first hint that the band is up top something much bigger.

Dear Youth recently spent the summer of 2019 recording their follow-up to 2018’s ‘You Could Wish Me The Best’ EP with producer and engineer Sam Guaiana (Silverstein, Like Pacific, Young Culture). Though a release date has not yet been set, we do know that Dear Youth’s much-anticipated LP will be released via Los Angeles based label Anchor Eighty Four Records.

Upcoming Tour Dates
October 17 – Montreal @ Piranha Bar
October 21 – Ottawa @ Mavericks
October 22 – Hamilton @ Doors Pub
October 23 – Guelph @ Red Papaya
October 24 – Toronto @ Sneaky Dees
