Klone’s vocalist Yann Ligner Breach’ explores a new trajectory and perpetuates the sense of scope initiated by “Yonder”. Klone continues the journey between tranquillity and striking melodies. In a more ethereal atmosphere, ‘Breach’ talks about a call to resistance, a way of writing your own history no matter what happens. The video directed by Julien Phillips, takes us into a weightless exodus from space.”

Le Grand Voyage is bold in sonic ambition, twisting dark guitars and electronic ambience into a modern masterpiece that feels excitingly new, yet in many ways feels like a contemporary take on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon. The album has already received high praise from the media – a small selection of reactions here:

Dreamlike, hovering, moving: a great and beautiful journey Rock Hard Magazine (FR)

Dark and brooding, but equally uplifting and cinematic, Klone’s latest album is one to file in the Classic section. Take yourself away, press play and let Klone take you on Le Grand Voyage.

The first single & opening track from Le Grand Voyage, “Yonder”, bridges the gap between this latest opus and 2015 studio full-length Here Comes The Sun. Mixed by Francis Castes at the Sainte Marthe studio in Paris, Guillaume describes the music as a “natural and logical continuation of the song The Last Experience which concluded our previous album.”

Le Grand Voyage will be released on CD, LP and digitally and is available to PRE ORDER HERE . Digtal pre-orders receive “Yonder”, “Hidden Passenger” and “Breach” as instant downloads.

Having racked up a lot of interest on home soil after previous albums Here Comes The Sun and UnpluggedKlone are now looking to focus on and extend their international operations. They’ve performed in the UK with cult grunge heroes King’s X and French metal titans Gojira, toured with Devin Townsend and landed supports for Helmet, Orphaned Land and Anneke Van Giersbergen.

The band have confirmed they will be supporting the release of Le Grand Voyage with an extensive live campaign. They began with this year’s Hellfest  (Watch  Klone performing “Yonder” live at Hellfest HERE ) & Into The Grave Festivals and will soon be embarking on their headline shows.

For fans close to Paris there’s an extra special treat – on Saturday 21st the band will be performing an exclusive acoustic set and holding a signing session at GIBERT JOSEPH Record Store (34 bd St Michel  Paris 6°- Metro Cluny-La Sorbonne) from 5pm.
