JASON MRAZ TALKS MUSIC, SOCIAL JUSTICE AND FARMING MISHAPS ON THE NEW EPISODE OF THE RADICAL WITH NICK TERZO

Singer and song poet Jason Mraz perfectly embodies the balance of artist and humanitarian. His career started playing coffee houses throughout California and he has since had eight songs hit Billboard’s Top 20 and has won two Grammy Awards. He founded Interrabang Records in collaboration with BMG with a desire to amplify artists and recordings that are near impossible to describe. He established The Jason Mraz Foundation with a mission to create an inclusive arts culture and the advancement of equality by providing program support, performance opportunities, and education and he became an orchard owner, opened Mraz Family Farms and developed a passion for farming.

On the new episode of The Radical with Nick Terzo, Nick and Jason discuss the ebb and flow at Mraz Family Farms, how he inherited an avocado orchard, filled his pool with fish emulsion, and other farming mishaps. He talks about some of the new projects he’s working on and his decision to donate the profits from his latest album to organizations and movements that are fighting for equality and change.
