Recorded live at Sweden’s Rock Festival in June 2018, this scorcher is the second live album recorded by Sweden’s very own hard rockers H.E.A.T. following the successful release of their studio album Into the Great Unknown in 2017. Opening up with ‘Bastard of Society’, the album is packed with a full-force rock right from the start.  Whilst the rest of the band create a distinguished and eloquent layer of melodic rock, Erik Gronwall is on top form throughout giving it his all with his power-packed vocals providing the icing on the cake.

Their influences are more than apparent in each and every track, yet with H.E.A.T.’s energy and strong musicianship, their sound is surprisingly modern in a world saturated with genres of rock. Those 80’s sounding backing vocals coupled with Gronwall’s gutsy tone work in harmony with the racy guitar riffs laid down by guitarist Dave Dalone and tight rhythm by Lars Jarkell (aka Crash) on the drums. In fact, the whole album is impeccable, especially as it was recorded live. With a handful of ballads and more upbeat tracks such as the longest track on the album ‘Beg, Beg, Beg’, the setlist proves to be a mix for the perfect recipe. For anyone who has had the pleasure of watching H.E.A.T.live, the energy portrayed in this album will take you right back in time.  Gronwall is a true entertainer and his allure on stage is truly captivating.

This album is perfect for a late-night rumble in an old muscle car with the volume pumped right up. And for all rock music lovers, this should be your next purchase.

And as a special treat, ‘Live at Sweden Music Festival’ will also be released on DVD and Blu-Ray.

And for those who haven’t watched H.E.A.T. live, get your ass to one of their shows – you won’t regret it!
