Empyre set to gig their debut album supporting
California grunge rockers Idlewar in November 2018
Empyre hit the road in November to gig-test their debut album.
BBC Introducing call Empyre ““Triumphant, chest beating rock”, “One of the meatiest sounds in the UK right now” and say “No stage is too big for these guys”.
Dramatic in a full electric setting, there is a freshness and an intensity to Empyre’s music that is making them one of the most talked about new rock bands on the UK scene. The tour will see audiences experience tracks from their 2019 debut album release prior to it dropping, an opportunity not to be missed.
November 15th – The Vic – SWINDON
November 16th – The Black Heart – CAMDEN
November 17th – Frog and Fiddle – CHELTENHAM
November 18th – Salutation Inn – NOTTINGHAM
Empyre perform intense, atmospheric rock, with a dark and introspective edge to their writing. This is a gritty, lyrically engaging and profound style of rock music you have not heard before.
2018 has seen Empyre play HRH Ibiza, grab the attention of BBC Introducing and perform a session for the world renowned ‘Whispering’ Bob Harris’ Under The Apple Tree sessions, a privilege normally exclusively reserved for country acts.
