St. Louis based Discrepancies have dropped a cover of the Disney classic “Let It Go” which can be streamed here: Bassist Garrett Weakley says, “When Invogue asked us to create a holiday song, we knew we would want to do something a little different. We decided to go with a song that was very out of our element and bring our own spin to it. We were really nervous about changing some of the lyrics, but once we were done we felt that we had created something truly special. We pushed the bridge to really be something inspiring and follow the message we tend to advocate for in this band. We’re so excited to present our cover of “Let It Go” from Disney’s “Frozen.”” Discrepancies will also be playing a show with Story of The Year and Memphis May Fire at The Pageant in St. Louis on Feb. 2nd. Tickets are on sale now. |
Discrepancies debut album ‘The Awakening’ debuted at #32 on Billboard’s Alternative New Artist chart and #108 on the Top New Artist chart. The band blends elements of alternative rock, metal, and hip-hop showcasing heavy rock riffs, rap verses and sing along choruses. Catch Discrepancies opening for Story of the Year and Memphis May Fire on Feb. 2nd at The Pageant in St. Louis, MO. Upcoming DISCREPANCIES show: |
