Front woman Linzey Rae spoke exclusively to The Noise to discuss the new record.

Formed in the Spring of 2014, Denver quintet The Anchor have registered national acclaim with their impactful and ambitious sound, balancing thunderous breakdowns with majestic melodies and a heartfelt delivery. The band’s high-octane and buoyant live show continues to impress across North America, with the Colorado outfit recently wrapping an expansive tour with A War Within.

In 2018, the Colorado breakouts saw their “Make It Last” EP hit #19 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart with headline tours spreading the band’s momentum across the US. The Rocky Mountain rockers have also made a name for themselves since the viral explosion of their YouTube series, Metal Kitchen, which sees lead vocalist Linzey Rae cook with some of the genre’s leading names.
