CALL TO THE FAITHFUL

The emerging foursome CALL TO THE FAITHFUL produce captivating alt-rock framed by driven guitars and melodies that will stick with you for eons. The fast-rising tunesters will release their engulfing new single, Demons, on Friday 22nd May. All proceeds from the track will go to mental health charities, as part of UK Mental Health Awareness week (18-24th May).

The band are comprised of Matt Beard (vocals), Ethan Grice (bass), Oscar Smith (guitars) and Will Bowen on drums, and were officially born in 2018. Throughout 2019, the Peterborough alt rockers built a loyal army of followers, assisted by a slew of successful shows playing alongside everyone from Dead Reynolds, False Hearts, We Are The Catalyst, and Powderhead to Piston. During this time, the quartet also revealed two very well received singles, Sin City and Ultraviolet Wasteland, which garnered airplay from BBC Introducing and Planet Rock.

CALL TO THE FAITHFUL are ready to widen their reach further, and the hotly-tipped tunesmiths are braced to unleash their most somber and emotional release to date, Demons. The single is a melodic-drenched but poignant track which is released on Friday May 22nd, in line with UK Mental Health Awareness week. Demons will be accompanied by the band’s first ever music video – a powerful look at a person’s continuous struggle battling their own mind, which will be released the following day, on Saturday May 23rd. The band remark about the single and its significance: “Demons is written from the perspective of someone fighting a daily battle with their demons, it explores dark themes through its lyrics and hard-hitting video. Proceeds from sales will also be donated to a mental health charity.”
