NEW ALBUM NECROCEROS OUT JANUARY 22 VIA CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS
FREE RECORD RELEASE LIVESTREAM SHOW ANNOUNCED!
The legendary Dutch death doom elite band ASPHYX will release their tenth full-length studio album Necroceros on January 22, 2021, via century Media Records.
Today, the band has shared the new song “Knights Templar Stand.” Watch the lyric video and listen here.
“It’s a mainly very heavy uptempo track about the Knights Templar battling bravely in the Levant,” says vocalist Martin van Drunen. “Outnumbered by many, standing their ground until the very end. A typical ASPHYX song in our well-known neck-breaking metal style and fashion.”

Necroceros was recorded at Tom Meier Studio as well as at Paul Baayens’ The Mörserstudio, and then finally mixed/mastered by Sebastian “Seeb” Levermann at Greenman Studios. The album features cover art by Axel Hermann.
