In 2018 Nikki’s Wives management Ghost Rocket Music threw multiple parties that they performed at, most notably – NYC’s Gramercy Theatre where Allison Hagendorf hosted. The band had oversold their original venue, relocating to the prestigious larger location. Toronto’s Rivoli show was also completely at capacity. Alan Cross MC’d, David Monks from Tokyo Police Club spun and they were forced to turn hundreds of fans away. Moving through 2019 Nikki’s Wives will be performing and hosting more events to appease their devoted fan base. Shows are already scheduled for Toronto, Nashville and, NYC which will be announced in the coming weeks. The Nikki’s Wives Los Angeles party was packed on 2/12 for this industry-only event.
The band has currently set up shop in a Hollywood Hills home where they built their own recording studio and will be filming music videos & continuing to write music until March. They will return to Canada afterward to prepare for their next concert in Toronto.
With humble beginnings in the underground Canadian scene, within a year Nikki’s Wives have gone from rehearsals in a split basement to headlining sold-out Victoria’s Secret Superbowl parties.
