If melodic female vocals and heavy riffs mixed in with violins is your thing, then the new debut album “On The Air” from Sleep In Heads will be right up your street! The Ukrainian Prog Rockers are releasing a 40 minute, six track album that takes you on a journey from start to finish.

Sleep in Heads have created an album that is full of superb riffs, vocals and epic tracks. The blend of heavy tracks set against softer tracks with an eerie feel from Sonya’s vocals gives us a new and exciting sound. From the first track “Pacifing” all the way through to the final track, the band takes you on a journey that is exciting as it is special. Each track has its own story to tell from the greed of society on “Time like the Sand” to the feeling of self discovery on “Pacifing”. The hard hitting riffs throughout the album give it a darker edge while at the same time there is a softer level the with the sounds of violins.

With no track under 5 minutes long and each track having its own take and story it is an album of discovery and feeling that will have you asking where the band can take us next.
