Brent Cobb, Grammy award winner for Best Americana Album Uncut, returns with his latest recording Providence Canyon, an 11-track album which will no doubt appease his fans who have been waiting for a follow-up from this highly regarded artist.
Cobb has laid down his heart and soul in Providence Canyon with 11 superb tracks that envelope the listener and draw you in with rich lyrical content and sublime artistry.
Tracks like ‘Come Home Soon’ and ‘High in the Country’ are a breath of fresh air in an all too toxic world. Each song takes you on an audible crossing that is the perfect medium for escapism and relaxation. Just give in to the glorious song writing and let it wash over you track by track to cleanse the soul.
For the new album, Brent again teamed up with Grammy award-winning producer (and cousin) Dave Cobb and recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A. He is currently on an extensive US tour before joining Chris Stapleton on his ‘All-American Road Show’ in June, which includes dates at L.A.’s The Forum and Madison Square Garden, and will be returning to the UK this September.
Providence Canyon is released May 11th via Atlantic Records.
